This programme focuses on provision of training programmes for those employers taking part in the Get East Hants Working Initiative to enable them to effectively support the apprentices and become compliant with current legislation.
  • The Council’s Get East Hants Working Team (together with Job Centre Plus and National Apprenticeship Service) will support businesses to recruit into the roles created.

This is a pre-employment training programme aimed at preparing young people and the long term unemployed for employment. Skills include: presentation, writing CVs, interview skills and attitude.
