Ordnance Business Park is a joint venture between East Hampshire District Council and the Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership to provide much needed business premises in East Hampshire.
EHDC intend to be the most business friendly Council in the country and this project is another indication of that ambition. Once occupied, the buildings will generate rental income which will be reinvested in local economic development projects and help contribute towards the Council's plans to be financially independent.
The business park, once completed, will comprise two office buildings along with a block of three industrial warehouse units.
Block 3 will comprise three industrial warehouse units which will be available to rent. Each unit will benefit from its own front door, loading door, wc's etc with Unit 3 having first floor office accommodation.
The architects have confirmed the gross internal floor areas to be as follows:-
- Unit 1&2 (combined) - 1916 sq.ft. (178 sq.m.)
- Unit 3
- Ground Floor - 1,076 sq.ft. (100 sq.m.)
- First Floor - 1,076 sq.ft. (100 sq.m.)
- Total Area - 2,152 sq.ft. (200 sq.m.)
